Why "Generation Next"?

Writing is a great way to express yourself and with a desire to help others; especially our younger generation. I decided to create a life journal for children. I wanted something that would give them some knowledge, get them thinking, and being interactive at the same time.

Generation Next does just that. It is an informative journal for ages 7-13. It helps them to think about what they would like to be when they grow up, who they are, what or who motivates them, as well as give them some tips and knowledge.

My book also touches on my life as a child growing up. Things that I feel has helped me along the way. I was blessed to have a father that showed me what life was about and we experienced many adventures together. I want children to stop depending on electronics as their only source of entertainment and get out the house and be creative.

I pray that parents also take the time out to motivate their children and to help them along the way. Our upcoming generation has far more to deal with than our older generations did, so we have to help them be prepared and know what life is all about.
